3d. Deposit, Voucher, or Prepaid Treatment Application

    3e. Pricing Errors

    3f. Gift Voucher Limitations
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for treatments provided by Ashley but may be used for treatments with other practitioners or for products.

    3g. Consultation Fee

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Clinic. Clients must make appropriate childcare arrangements.

    4c. Consent Forms
You are required to read, sign, and submit consent and medical forms before your treatment. You will not receive treatment without providing written consent. Please bring reading glasses if needed.

    4d. Late Arrivals
Clients are politely asked to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduction in your treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment.

    4e. Late Arrival No-Treatment Fee
If you arrive too late for a treatment, the Clinic reserves the right to retain your deposit and charge an additional £75 set-up fee.

    4f. Practitioner Preferences
While we strive to accommodate your preference for a specific practitioner, there is no guarantee that treatment will be continued with a specific named practitioner. However, any practitioner performing the treatment will be fully qualified.

    4g. Clinic Cancellations
Occasionally, the Clinic may need to cancel appointments at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness). In the event of cancellation, the Clinic will inform the client with as much notice as possible, and treatments will be rescheduled at the next earliest availability.

    4h. Treatment Couch Limitations
Our treatment couch has a weight limit of 20 stone (127 kg). In the interest of safety, we are unable to treat individuals exceeding this weight restriction.

    4i. Age Restrictions
We cannot treat clients under the age of 18. If you look under 25, please bring a valid photo ID.

    4j. Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Restrictions
We cannot treat clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If this applies to you, please contact us to cancel your appointment.

    4k. Contraindications
With any treatment, there are contraindications to be considered. The practitioner will assess whether your expectations can be met and if you are medically suitable for the procedure. In some instances, doctor's letter may be required, or treatment may be refused at the discretion of the practitioner.

  • 5a. Pre-Treatment Preparation
Clients are informed of any preparation required prior to their appointment. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all pre- and post-treatment instructions are followed to achieve the best possible results.

    5b. Varied Advice
Pre and post-treatment advice may vary depending on the type of treatment and the area being treated. All clients must ensure they have understood and followed the advice emailed to them upon booking.

    5c. Failure to Follow Advice
Failure to follow pre-treatment guidance may result in the cancellation of the appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees.

    5d. Makeup Removal
Makeup must be completely removed before facial treatments. The practitioner will cleanse and disinfect the treatment area at the beginning of each session. If makeup is left on, additional time will be needed for removal, potentially reducing the treatment time.

    5e. Questions Regarding Advice
Full pre- and post-treatment advice is emailed to the client upon booking. If you have any questions regarding pre-treatment advice, contact the clinic well in advance of your appointment.

5f. Responsibility for Following Pre and Post Treatment Advice
The Clinic will not be held liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or undesirable outcomes that may result from the failure to follow the pre- and post-treatment advice provided. It is the client's responsibility to adhere to all instructions to ensure the best possible results and avoid any risks associated with the treatment.

  • 6a. Contraindications Declaration
If a client experiences any contraindications relevant to the treatment booked, they will be refused treatment.

    6b. Doctor’s Letter Requirement
Some medical conditions may require a doctor’s letter before treatment can proceed.

    6c. Disclosure of Medical Information
It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous reactions to the practitioner. Clients must inform the practitioner if any of these factors change before subsequent treatments.

    6d. Course of Treatment Discontinuation
If a client develops any medical contraindications before completing a course of treatment, further sessions cannot proceed. No refunds will be provided for any treatments already carried out.

    6e. Accurate Medical History
You must provide accurate information about your medical history and skin type. The practitioner will rely on this information to ensure safe treatment. Changes to your health or medications must be communicated before each session.

    6f. Responsibility for Disclosure
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history and medication details. The Clinic is not liable for any damage caused by failure to disclose accurate information. If you are unwell, have medical or skin conditions, or take prescribed medications, inform us before your appointment.

  • 7a. Understanding Risks and Complications
Clients are made aware of all potential risks and contraindications associated with their chosen treatment and will be given the opportunity to ask any questions to ensure full understanding of the procedure. While the intention is not to cause alarm, it is important to acknowledge that all procedures carry some level of risk, and complications, although rare, can arise. There may also be unforeseen risks that become apparent during or after treatment. The long-term results of treatments can be influenced by various factors. Although the risks outlined are generally infrequent, other complications, while less common, may also occur. In such cases, medical intervention may be required.

7b. Opportunity for Questions and Consideration
Clients will always have the opportunity to ask additional questions and are encouraged to take reasonable time to fully consider all aspects of the treatment before proceeding. The decision to undergo elective cosmetic procedures is entirely the client's. By requesting such services, clients acknowledge that they are aware of all available options, including the possibility of not proceeding with treatment or choosing alternative treatments.

    7c. Liability for Adverse Effects
The company and practitioner will not be held responsible for any adverse effects, reactions, or infections that may occur as a result of the treatment. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions during the healing process. This also includes any associated costs or loss of earnings due to adverse effects. By agreeing to these terms, the client and/or any representative agrees not to seek compensation from the company or practitioner in the event of complications.

    7d. Reporting Adverse Effects
Should any adverse effects occur, clients must immediately inform the company and practitioner. Timely reporting is essential for addressing any potential concerns promptly.

    7e. Cooperation with Treatment Recommendations
Clients must cooperate with the practitioner's recommendations throughout the treatment process. A lack of cooperation may result in suboptimal results, and it is the client's responsibility to follow instructions for the best possible outcome.

    7f. No Guarantee of Results
Although we aim to achieve the best possible results, there is no guarantee or warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding the specific results that will be obtained from any treatment.

    7g. Payment for Services
Clients are required to pay in full for all services rendered and understand that no refunds will be provided for any services performed or incomplete courses, regardless of the outcome.

7h. Uncertainty of Results for Specific Conditions
While treatment is generally effective for most clients, no guarantee can be made regarding how much a specific client will benefit or the degree of improvement they will experience for conditions such as skin texture, pore size, wrinkle reduction, tattoo removal, or hair removal.

7i. Multiple Treatments May Be Required
Clients acknowledge that multiple treatments may be required to achieve the desired result. A course of treatments and a suitable home care regimen are recommended for optimal outcomes. Due to the variable nature of treatments, no guarantee is given as to the number of sessions needed for any individual to reach their desired result.

    7j. Photographic Documentation
Photographic documentation will be taken before and after each treatment to monitor progress, maintain records, and for educational and marketing purposes. Any photographs used publicly will be cropped to ensure that clients remain unidentifiable unless prior consent is granted. Client names are confidential and will never be associated with or published alongside any photographs.

  • 8a. Retouch Procedures
Retouches may be required after the initial procedure and must be completed within 6-12 weeks after the initial treatment.

8b. Permanent Makeup Maintenance & Eyelash Enhancement
These treatments generally do not require a complimentary retouch if all aftercare advice is followed. Any additional work will be charged according to the price list, based on the time elapsed since the previous treatment.

    8c. Booking Complimentary Retouch
Clients are responsible for booking their complimentary retouch (if applicable) within the 6-12 week period following their initial treatment. If this timeframe is missed, further treatment will be charged according to the price list.

    8d. Suitability for Treatment
The clinic has a duty of care and will not perform treatments deemed unsuitable by the practitioner. If a client’s expectations are considered unrealistic or medically unsuitable, the practitioner may refuse treatment.

    8e. Medical Contraindications After Treatment
If a client develops any medical contraindications following Permanent Makeup, no further retouches or maintenance will be performed.

    8f. Medical Contraindications and Retouch
If medical contraindications arise between the initial treatment and complimentary retouch, the retouch will not be performed. If suitable at a later date, additional treatments will be charged as per the price list. Retouches will not be free after the 12-week period.

    8g. Additional Work
While two sessions are typically sufficient for new treatments and one session for maintenance or eyelash enhancements, additional work may be required depending on factors such as aftercare, skin type, medication, and general health. Any extra treatments will be charged based on the price list.

    8h. Maintenance Treatments
Regular maintenance treatments are required, and the client is responsible for booking these appointments well in advance. As the clinic is often fully booked, clients should schedule ahead to avoid disappointment.

    8i. Adjustments During Retouch
Any adjustments made during a retouch appointment (if included) will be with the client’s consent. Further adjustments will incur additional charges.

    8j. Client Responsibility for Design
Clients are fully responsible for determining the colour, shape, and position of the Permanent Makeup as agreed during the consultation and pre-drawing with the practitioner. Immediately after treatment, the colour may appear darker (30-50%) than the final result.

    8k. Fading of Colour
The colour may fade and may not fade evenly. It is the client's responsibility to follow all aftercare advice to achieve the best possible result. If pigment is not retained due to improper aftercare, additional fees may apply for retouch or maintenance appointments.

8l. Previous Work by Another Artist
Clients who have had previous work done by another artist must book a face-to-face consultation to determine if treatment is possible. If a client attends without disclosing prior work, they may be refused treatment, lose their deposit, and be charged an additional £75 set-up fee.

    8m. Health Requirements Before Treatment
Clients must be fit and well for at least two weeks before treatment. If the immune system is compromised, the pigment may not be retained. The clinic will refuse treatment if a client arrives unwell or has recently been ill, resulting in the loss of the deposit and an additional £75 set-up fee.

    8n. Pre-Treatment Advice
Clients must read the pre-treatment advice to ensure they are suitable for the procedure. This includes guidelines on sun exposure, medications, and other pre-treatment considerations. If a client has not read the advice and is unsuitable for treatment, they will lose their deposit and incur an additional £75 set-up fee.

  • 9a. Patch Test Requirement
All new laser treatments require a compulsory patch test at least 48 hours before the first treatment. This allows the practitioner to assess how the client’s skin reacts to certain settings and detect any potential adverse reactions.

    9b. Patch Test Limitations
A patch test can predict reactions but cannot guarantee against delayed or immediate reactions. The practitioner will not be responsible for any reactions occurring during or after treatment. The client acknowledges the risk upon requesting the service.

9c. Aloe Vera Gel for Aftercare
Clients must purchase the recommended 99.9% pure organic Aloe Vera Gel in the clinic before their first treatment. Other Aloe Vera products may contain ingredients that could irritate the skin post-treatment.

    9d. Interval Between Sessions
The practitioner will advise the minimum interval period between sessions to ensure the client’s safety. Treatments will not be performed before this period.

    9e. Scheduling and Waiting Time
There is no maximum interval between treatments, but waiting beyond the minimum recommended time will not affect the results. Clients are encouraged to schedule well in advance to secure their preferred time slot. If a longer wait is required, no refunds or discounts will be issued.

9f. Shaving for Laser Hair Removal and Tattoo Removal
For Laser Hair Removal or Tattoo Removal, clients must shave the treatment area within 24 hours before the session. Failure to do so may result in treatment refusal or a reduction in treatment time if the practitioner needs to shave the area.

9g. Avoid Hair Removal Methods Before Laser Hair Removal
Clients should not remove hair from the root before Laser Hair Removal, as methods like waxing, hair removal creams, epilating, bleaching, or tweezing will make the treatment ineffective.

    9h. Pre-Treatment Advice
Clients must read the pre-treatment advice, which includes guidelines on sun exposure, medications, and other considerations. If clients arrive without following the advice and are deemed unsuitable for treatment, they will lose their deposit and incur an additional £75 set-up fee.

  • 10a. Initial Treatment and Review Appointment
For new clients, the Wrinkle Relaxing Injection procedure consists of two parts. After the initial treatment, clients can return for a review appointment two weeks later. If deemed appropriate by the practitioner and with the client's consent, a complimentary top-up may be provided. Top-ups are at the practitioner’s discretion and may not always be necessary. If no top-up is required, the client will not be eligible for a refund or partial refund. Returning clients generally do not need to book a review as their full dose will have been determined and administered in previous treatments.

    10b. Top-Up Eligibility
Top-ups can only be administered within two to four weeks following the initial treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule their review within this period if a top-up is needed. Clients are advised to book appointments well in advance, as the clinic is often fully booked months ahead. Failure to book within the two to four-week period forfeits the opportunity for a complimentary top-up, and no refunds or partial refunds will be given. If further treatment is desired, a minimum waiting period of 12 weeks is required. Subsequent treatments will be charged according to the clinic’s current price list.
